A.You need to sign up using your own private or business address details and your own email address in order to receive your registration confirmation and invoice. Once you have done this, you can start the online registration process. If you sign up using other details than yours, we are not able to process your registration.
Q.Are lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners included in the registration fee?
A.No, the registration fee does not include lunches, coffee breaks or dinners.
Q.What are my options if my preferred hotel is unavailable?
A.Hotel rooms offered at discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The online system reflects real-time availability and booking options during your search.
Q.Is there a waiting list for sold-out hotels?
A.No, there is no waiting list available. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or join any waiting list.
Q.How can I register an accompanying person?
A.Due to changes in the pharmaceutical industry code of conduct, we are no longer able to provide access to our congresses for accompanying persons. The congresses are only accessible to certified healthcare professionals, associated press, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of urology.
Q. Does an exhibitor badge give me access to the industry sessions?
A.Yes. An exhibitor can go to all industry sessions during the Annual EAU Congress.
